The house is approximately 100 years old. Throughout the project the house provided a few surprises, but Greg worked through them to assure the quality and character of the old home stayed intact while bringing in the modern conveniences of today. Our house has become a much more functional and welcoming home and we could not be happier with the result.
I hired Greg to do a home addition on a 100 year old southwest Minneapolis Tudor, including the tear down of a one car garage, replacing that with a two car garage. Above that, a new primary bedroom was constructed (complete with walk in closet and office/reading nook) and they converted an existing bedroom into a new primary bathroom. They also converted a small flat roof area into a “roof deck”. One of my main goals was to have the addition look like it was part of the original home. The new space is exactly as envisioned, full of windows and light. Each area includes detailed trim work, etc., to match the vintage millwork. Greg pays great attention to detail and aims to please, taking great delight in the results. His partners are all skilled, excellent craftsmen. They are very pleasant to work with and have in your home. I highly recommend Greg for his attention to detail in the remodeling of an older home consistent with its original design, excellent work, and competitive pricing.
