If you have a set of architectural plans in hand before you contact us, great. No plans? No problem… we are happy to sit down and talk about possibilities. Since 1995 we have worked with some of the best architects and designers in the Twin Cities, and we are happy to refer you from here. We specialize in taking those ideas and building them into your home. With plans in hand, we analyze and quantify every aspect of your project to provide an accurate, detailed project estimate to clarify the project scope and working budget. A detailed agreement is then prepared encompassing all aspects of your project, describing each phase of the work and what is included in the agreement. We provide a project schedule, viewable on the internet so that you can always stay informed. Along the way, a constant stream of emails, texts, and phone calls track progress, change orders, or budget items that arise during any project.
