BACKGROUND
Deb wanted another room resembling the den she was using as a family room off the kitchen. She rarely used the porch and decided to convert it into a formal room.
SOLUTION
We framed new walls, installed new windows, an air conditioning system along with in-floor hot water heat and a supplemental radiator. Floor to ceiling Custom MDF (Medium Density Fiberboard) and Pine paneling was installed throughout. Icynene® sprayed insulation was used in the side walls for maximum energy efficiency.
