BACKGROUND
Alicia and Marc wanted to convert their under-utilized screen porch into a family/entertainment space. Alicias’ design brought many features into the room that she and Marc love about their home.
SOLUTION
Inside, we installed a heated tile floor, custom cabinetry and window trim, remote-controlled air conditioning, and arch-topped French windows. The exterior was finished to match the main house.
